I have also experienced this problem. It started with the tutorial playing every time I launched the game and the rubble and customizations resetting. But now it's worse, since it now freezes and then crashes at the same exact spot. I play through the tutorial of the sunflower in Zomburbia, then it goes to the backyard battleground loading screen and the little marigold in the corner that shows its loading freezes and it crashes. I play on Xbox one and I would love if these issues were tended to and fixed as soon as possible. I love the game and don't want these issues interfering with that.
