PvZ GW 2 Customization, Rubble, and Tutorial Bug

On the Xbox One, I have been dealing with the requirement to play through the tutorial every time I log in to the EA servers. I am also unable to save any customizations and upgrades to any of my unlocked characters. I am able to use my stars to clear the rubble from my backyard, however, this does not save either, and my stars are not refunded after the rubble returns. I have since stopped using any more of my stars for this purpose. My settings are not saving as well. I had hoped the recent patch would fix this, however, none of these issues have improved. It would be a great time-saver to have these issues addressed and tended to.

    i'm still having the same problem i have to play the tutorial every time I log in to the EA servers. I am also unable to save some of my customizations and upgrades to my unlocked characters. i'm playing on PC.

    Thank you EA_Andy. You have been very helpful, and I appreciate it. However, when I asked to have my stars returned, I was told I was only allowed to receive 10 stars. This was disappointing and frustrating, considering I lost 28 stars and my son lost 41 stars. Almost 70 stars altogether, and all we will be allowed to have returned are 10 stars each. Mine don't matter anymore, but my son was expecting all of his to be returned.
