Pvz GW2 bug leveling

So I been playing the game for around 9 years now on my PlayStation got a pc and bought the game today. Decided that I wanted to play some multiplayer and when I return back to backyard it doesn’t save my progress. Like I was playing super brains and it showed me I got to lvl 7 on the multiplayer but as soon as I went back to backyard I was straight back to lvl 1. I figured out the only leveling progress that saves is the kills I get from the backyard. Also I completed quest and got a 1.25 do multiplier and when I returned to backyard it was gone
