PVZ GW2 Promoting Characters Glitch Please Help

Hi,

Multiple years ago when I was going to promote some of my characters on plants vs zombies GW2 when I promoted them they became bugged with levels that were impossible to achieve (see attached photos).  The fire flower is level 0 and never levels up which is impossible as all promotions start at level 1. The archaeologist and captain flameface are also glitched with their levels and nameplates. The metal petal simply went to master promotion which it shouldn't be as seen that I only have 4/8 upgrades for them. This has completely ruined my ability to progress these characters which sucks cause I wanted to get to the max level after coming back recently. 

Any help will be greatly appreciate to like reset these few characters or something as I have spent plenty of time in the game and I would like to keep playing. I have tried everything suggested like uninstalling etc, it has been like 7 years since this initial issue as I gave up after getting no help in early 2018. Please like this to get some attention from the support staff or any advice for a potential fix would be great.

For reference these photos were taken on the 19th of January 2018 when I first attempted to get this solved.
