PVZ GW2 Xbox One Free Trial: Game does not load.

Have you previously used the 10 hour trial on EA Access? If you have you won't be able to make use of this one too.

If not please try clearing the cache of your console - power down console, pull the power cable out for 60 seconds and then boot back up.

What screen are you getting stuck on? How long are you waiting on that screen?

Hi it's the screen with the flower symbol in the bottom right corner.

I have left it "loading" for over 15 minutes but it doesn't work.

As I mentioned previously I have un installed and re-installed the game but the problem is still there.

My gamertag is sithee

@sithee123 - When the loading screen starts to hang and won't load can you press the XBOX button to go to the home screen and then go back into the PvZ: GW2 app and see if that lets you in?

I too have the same problem , but I am using PC.
