Just type your CPU (Processor) and your GPU (Graphics Card) (Graphics Solution)
Amount of RAM too
Go to Start
Type "Reliability"
it pops up "View Reliability History"
Select the Date, find the crash
Right Click
View Technical Details
Post that here, should be about 20 lines. The key thing I'm looking for is nv***.DLL -- ig***.DLL -- ati***.DLL

There is only one tablet I'm aware of that has a dedicated graphics card... and it isn't that one. ☹️
You could try downloading the latest intel drivers:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx
Make sure it's plugged into the wall.
It might not be possible for it to run.
You might try changing your DPI settings to 100% instead of 150%... that can throw a monkey wrench in sometimes.
I am going to test the game on an HD4000 (what your integrated Intel is)... I'm expecting it to launch but have very low uplayable framerate...
