Sorry to hear about how it's crashing on you, I know that stuff can get super frustrating sometimes. Usually a restart with the phone and app helps with that, but it might be necessary to delete the app and re-download it if the crashing persists. If you have your account synced up to an EA account you shouldn't have to worry about losing game progress if you delete the app and reinstall it.

Yeah it did nothing for me either. Basically, the game is dead at this point, last major update was in October 2017, and now it started crashing randomly. I guess popcap is busy developing new monetization schemes or something. Well, at least I'm freeing up some space on my phone.

What type of devices are you trying to play the game on and what version of iOS/Android do you have?
I am also experiencing this bug. I play on an iPhone X with iOS 13.3. I tried the delete the app and re install but still experience the bug.
Yeah it keeps crashing after every 2 or 3 matches. Its probably a bug in the game. I have an iPhone 8 Plus IOS 13.3.1 and PvZ Heroes is updated.
The game crashing is a bug and it tends to happen frequently, I have noticed that. Even if the developers are not planning on adding new content on PvZ Heroes, it would be great if they could stop the app from crashing frequently, it gets very annoying after a while! 😞😇
