PvZ Heroes multiplayer isn't accessible

a week or two ago I came across with a problem of starting online game. The online mode doesn’t launch. Nothing happens when you press the “Play” button. The same situation occurs when trying to play in local mode. Sometimes only the weekly tasks are launched. The account is logged in. Please help resolve this issue.
