Pvz Heroes Store Pack Issues

The only pack in the store is the premium pack. I know this has happened for a long time, but everywhere else it says the only solution is for support to fix it themself.

Ive already tried buying 1 pack, and it didnt fix it. Is there any known solution?

  • same thing here, but for some reason when I buy the pack there is an almost guaranteed chance of getting one out of 6 Super-Rare cards and a 0% chance of a legendary even though the description of the pack on the store says otherwise (it says the usual 30% for a Super rare, 10% for a legendary and 3% for new hero)

  • @EA_Shepard If you go to the description on what you could get in the packet it no longer has legendary or heros in it anymore

    I am experiencing the bug where only the single premium packs are available for purchase. I noticed it quite recently, around Dec. 25 or 26, 2023. Please fix it.

    Hey All,

    Wanted to follow up on this one and see who all is still missing packs from the store!

    I can see on my game the packs section has a bunch of them listed right now, so you should be good to go. If you are not, let me know with the info requested!

    Hello @EA_Shepard ,

    unfortunately I have still the issue and didn't receive any responce from contacted technical support. My last message from the support team was about that they know about the problem. I was recommended to contact them later once their tools are working. For long time, I noticed the problem in the game store where I couldn't buy any other pack except the premium one. I decided to give it more time and respond later so that's why I'm solving the problem till now.

    However, here are necessary infos about me:

    Device: Xiaomi Redmi Note 7

    Version: Android

    Player ID: 1006093782841

    Location: Czechia

    Date issue started: 21. 12. 2023 (date of submitted report)

    Any errors: no aviable packs in "Packs" section except Premium one (this issue is already fixed), no promised 40% discount on any pack (promised discount is already expired)

    @Evzen_350 Thank you for all the info on this one. I will forward this to them. They are working on an update to be pushed which I know included pack issues. A reinstall of the game has worked for some but not all players.

    As this is a store issue, we must wait for them to push that update for each app store so please continue to look out for that update.

    I loaded it up on an iPhone and iPad and on my end, I can see more packs. I am sure you have uninstalled it before but if you can do it again for me to see if the app updates to the correct version that would be great for when I send this over.
