Same exact issue here. Xbox One. I have run traces per their recommendation, as well as to the google.com server farm.
The results speak for themselves. EA needs to either check with their ISP for a resolution or purchase enough bandwidth for us all to play because the connection to their servers is the one that is dropping.
Below is the trace log contents I sent to them today....

Clearly connection issues to your servers with dropped packets, high averages, and large differences in best/worst.
Now, let's compare with google.com

No dropped packets. No avg. over 70. Some of the "BEST" ping times to your servers were above 95.
This is an EA problem. EA needs to contact their ISP and check to see if THEY are having issues and/or upgrade the internet connection to accept the number of subscribers
they currently have. The EA connections are saturated with traffic which is why the ping times are high and there are drops.
I plan to run this utility daily and record the number of days that this issue persists. I've paid for a game that only works when connecting to your servers.
I've also paid for an Xbox Live Gold membership that is required in order to play your game as well. All subscribers will have this issue with your product until
you correct it.
As a Network Engineer I find your Help article to be somewhat informative, but very misleading for those that aren't Network Engineers. You're basically insinuating
that there is a problem at their end only if the test results indicate such.
