Re: Going for ultimate with this deck
So to explain this deck...
First, it is a super tempo deck.
So you are begging to get the jump on your opponent.
Do anything to make positive trades. If you can't, then avoid the trade and place the plant on another lane.
Also, almost always spend all the sun you have. And when you superblock, almost always play your superpower because it would cost 0 instead of 1
The most important turn is turn 4. It is where you set up the threepeater.
You will play a three sun card and a one sun card, you want one of them to buff your threepeater next turn. It can be a torch wood or a pod father.
If you have the pod father, you can play it with a torchwood to buff it up, a pea pod to buff the pea pod, or a bonk choi to remove a strong zombie.
If you have a torchwood, then set it up where you want your threepeater next turn. Pair it with a three drop to keep the tempo up.
I don't want to run skyshooter or whip vine because they have five attack and I am terribly scared of cut down to size. That would be a devastating hit on tempo, especially when the opponent does it for free.
So yeah, just build up your advantage until you steamroll your opponent. Plant food and jumping bean are good finishers when your opponent keeps on blocking your plants.
