@ironhide563 Can you check your in-game mail if you haven't already? Then once you accept there the coupons should be sent to your real-life linked email.

    I checked my mailbox and nothing was there, I did the quest when it came out.

    Enter a help ticket at help.ea.com is an option.  Didnt the menchies event end quite a while ago?
