Re: My opinion about Rose.
She could use a little range buff, but if I'm not mistaken, it's one of the upgrades. (I actually wish that some of these upgrades didn't take any slots at all and just be there to buff you when you level up). The thing is, you can still aim and shoot if you wanted, it's just that the homing perk doesn't work on a long range. I assume she was designed to counter Imps, since they are hard to shoot and have low HP.
Goatify is a really powerful ability and it's better than before. Because you can goatify almost every zombie standing on/near an objective, that would deny them using their abilities/weapons temporarily and scatter/confuse them. I assume that's the real purpose of it. Don't forget that as long as they are goatified, your healer can fully heal everyone around and that's the indirect positive effect. Your allies can revive/heal and/or shoot the goats.
I tend to use her specifically when there are many Super Brainz or All-Stars. Since you can use it behind walls, it is safer than before.
The Jinx is super powerful, it confuses enemies as they eat massive damage suddenly from all players.
You can revive and use Arcane Enigma at the same time when attacked. Equip the "Super Savior: Use jump and abilities while reviving." upgrade, Revive > when attacked, use Arcane Enigma and she will continue reviving. The Arcane Enigma would still have some charge left on it, so you can bail out to cover.
Arcane Enigma is also super powerful during the last objectives in Turf Takeover. You can goatify most enemies around the battery core and then use Arcane Enigma to speed boost the battery carrier for example.
I do wish that you can press a button to spawn a temporary speed boost flowers for your teammates during Arcane Enigma.
She's a hero that can get many assists easily. And I think she's balanced the way she is as she does her job very well.
