I'm not certain what you're asking; Garden Warfare 2 isn't something that you can log into or play on a mobile device so I assume you're referring to something else.

I suspected you were talking about the PvZ Heroes crossover with GW2 but I wanted to be sure.
It' not enough to just log into Heroes and then log into GW2; you'll need to log into PvZ Heroes and then click the little gear-shaped symbol in the upper right corner to open your Settings.
Once you have clicked the little gear symbol push the tab labeled "Settings" and then push the button labeled "My Account".
On the Account Info page you'll see the option to connect to Facebook and a second for your EA account. Make certain that EA has a little green checkmark next to it which would men that you've connected the app to your EA profile. If the checkmark isn't there then push that button and follow the instructions and make certain that you're connecting to the same EA Account which you use to log into GW2.
If the checkmark is there then trying signing out and then back in again and check to make certain you're using the same EA account. Failing that I'd have to recommend that you contact the customer service area to see if they can figure out what is going on there.
I'm going to repeat instructions which I had in another thread;
Do not be distracted by the color of the Trial, the random order in which you received your Keys or the order in which you finished your Trials; none of that matters.
Instead;
Make a list numbered 1-8.

7.
8.
Once you have the blank list go around to all of your partial codes, the ones with two blank spaces, and check to see what symbol is missing from what spot and write those symbols next to that number on your list.
For example if the first code you check is missing the Boot from the first space and the Lawnmower from space four then your list would start to look like look like;
1. Boot
2.
3.
4. Lawnmower
5.
6.
7.
8.
Keep checking each partial code for what each blank space used to be in the original code.
For example if the second code you check has the Flowerpot missing from space five and the Wheelbarrow missing from space eight then you add those to your list to get;
1. Boot
2.
3.
4. Lawnmower
5. Flowerpot
6.
7.
8. Wheelbarrow
Keep doing this for all of your codes until your list is filled out completely.
If you're still having problems after this explanation please post some screenshots or your full and partial codes from the game and I'll just tell you your Rainbow Guardian code and save you the confusion.
