Thanks for the response. I was in endless loop. I suppose I could install from CD again, but no worries. I think EA access will save me money in the long run. I only play around Christmas anyway, so $10 a year is fine with me. I installed PVZ2 after forking over $5. Now I can't figure how to get mutliplayer PVZ2 working. I think I know why. It's because Microsoft and EA have 30+ program managers on each program, with different ideas on how things should work.. You got your Gold membership PM, your EA access PM, your single player PM, your multiplayer PM, your security PM, your online purchase PM, etc, etc, and probably 6 different outsourcing teams all vying for features to make their team look good. You guys should go back and hire the original PVZ guy and put him in charge of all PVZ cause you obviously don't have a clue.

Found multiplayer..PVZ2.....by accident. I guess you have to just wander around in the game and bump into the multiplayer "in-game" portal. This is not intuitive and unlike most games. Making it a game to figure out how to start the game just seems like a bad idea. Especially for those of us with limited time, kids, and a job,

@surfbrew Sorry that you are having difficulties navigating the game interface. It's set up in such a way that everything is easy and fun to find and all in one place.

I'll lock this now as the info is likely out of date: https://answers.ea.com/t5/help/faqpage
