Re: Put in email and password then nothing happens

If the problem is that you get prompted to add an e-mail on your Xbox and you do that but nothing happens - you just get back to the first screen to enter your e-mail?

Then it is just lazy programming from EA.

After entering e-mail, press down with the arrow keys on the controller and then press A.

You have to use the arrow keys during the whole process.
