As you stated, the directional buttons were the correct buttons to press in order to taunt, I was mistakenly pressing The Arrow keys 8 (Up), 4 (Left), 6 (Right) & 2 (Down) on the keyboard located on the right side of the keyboard. Thank you comrade WootCandy.
