didnt work
I've been having the same problem for 2 weeks know, not even the specialist know how to fix it. I've been waiting for three days for them to respond back to me with a solution

Is there any way you can connect via an Ethernet cable just to test and see if you can connect that way? This way we can rule out it's not WiFi strength related.
