That's definitely odd. Let's see if we can get that sorted out for you here. The first thing I'd recommend trying would be clearing the Alternate MAC Address on the Xbox to see if that helps at all. 

First open up your Xbox Settings, then go to Network Settings. From there go to Advanced Options and select Alternate MAC Address Clear. The Xbox will restart after that. Let me know if the child account is still getting that same error when you try to start up the game. Thanks!
