Hi @Pupuynahu9 Thanks for this, can you try the following once you have a moment?
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Try the Game in different Compatibility settings
- Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game
