Good evening, It has come to my attention that exploits have been found to manipulate the anti-cheat of PvZ Garden Warfare 2 to be flagged onto any account of the exploiter's choosing based on reports I have heard from several GW2 communities. This is a devastating issue that will not only lead to various accounts being falsely banned at the behest of malicious users (and they already have been according to various players), but renders GW2 multiplayer unsafe to play without risking one's account to be falsely banned. Given the severity of the situation, a response and fix from EA is paramount. Please have this investigated and get significant figures informed and involved about this, because this problem has the potential to ruin the entire game and others, as this issue can extend past just GW2 as far as I have been made aware. This is indeed a serious problem, not like before where the itsy bitsy kiddies just crashed the lobbies. Someone at EA please hear our voices!!

The issue can also occur on the original Garden Warfare and Battle for Neighbourville, so until EA does something, it isn't safe to play any PVZ shooter in multiplayer, single player is slightly safer but due to the nature of the exploit you can still get banned even if you don't play multiplayer.

The bad part is you don't even need to be in the game to ban you, they can just do it by finding your profile

İ Heard some hackers found way to perma ban accounts is that and if it is true what gonna happen to people who banned gör no reason

@0-BIG_BANG-0- If a hacker were to gain access to someones EA account and then do stuff like cheating or anything else that would violate the terms of service than yes it is possible for someones EA account to be banned this way.
As for what happens after, if the original owner of the account were to report this to the Terms of Service team or to an EA advisor than it is possible for the ban on the EA account would be overturned.

@0-BIG_BANG-0- Did your EA account get hacked and banned or is it something else? I'll post a link down below so that you can contact an EA advisor about this.
If there is an active ban on your EA account and the option to live chat is not there then a workaround is to log off of your EA account when on the web page so that live chat option reappears.
After that use a second email to fill in the necessary info before doing a live chat session.
Explain your situation and provide as much information and evidence of the hack so that they can help you further.

This needs to be brought up as a very important issue to EA and/or PopCap, this is a serious threat to the game and needs to be patched as soon as possible.
