@EA_Shepard with the announcement and release of Switch 2 seemingly on the horizon and it being much more powerful than the current Switch, what do you think are the chances of GW2 being released with all the bells and whistles that everyone is begging for? Including boss hunts, and Battle For Neighborville being optimised for the new Nintendo since it was optimised for the new PlayStation and Xbox consoles when they released, during one of your meetings, this should be something you mention to the powers that be, how many people here would buy a Switch 2 for GW2 if it included everything you’ve all been begging for, for so long? It wouldn’t only be good for the players, it would be great for the series and EA, I know a lot of people personally who would buy Switch 2 just for these games.
@ZorbaKing64The problem with that is the people who want to play the modes would have to go on the switch 2 and start a new save. Adding it to all consoles would be easier but they’re never gonna do it.
Agree, doesn’t seem like they’ll ever be doing it, and starting a new save might be a bit if a pain, but if so many people love those modes, many would do it again, and it would bring in many new players, Battle For Neighborville on Switch has been available for almost 4 years (released March 19 2021) and is still going very strong, I see new players every day, if GW2 came out on Switch 2, you can guarantee the same support for the series, and many new players!
