Welp, this is a bit awkward/annoying. :/ I've noticed after firing up PvZ GW2 that Rux is gone AGAIN after several days & I have not observed any change since then. [BTW, if any of you happen to recall, Rux had experienced a similar issue between 1-3 months ago & this DID get fixed at the time. I just don't remember precisely when it happened, but still.] And this screenshot I'm including shows the current issue in a nutshell: And yeah, everything else at least is fine with the game, but somehow, I have the odd hunch that it might be another glitch/bug, but I can't really say. The only thing that I CAN say though, is if anyone else is noticing this issue in THEIR games as well, just feel free to comment or like the post or whatever. Assuming this IS another bug/glitch, let's at least hope the EA/Origin team can fix it for good so it won't happen anymore! 👍Also, if anyone out there like needs more details or wishes to ask me anything about this, feel free to do so & I'll reply! 🙂 Thanks in advance!

Yes this same thing is happening to me and some of my other friends on pc. Hope EA can get this fixed soon!

I checked in and he's back! Same overpriced stuff as usual. XD So glad its fixed. Gives me a reason to grind coins. Thanks to anyone who helped to fix it!

@EA_David Thanks for your reply, I've been ignored here for weeks which is just a shame.The answer is unfortunately not quite what I was hoping for and it's really frustrating for me. The post you linked to only mentions community challenges though. Boss Hunt and Cats vs. Dinos should still exist or it should be possible to add them...I'm mainly concerned with the Achievments/Trophies, which are impossible to get through this.... Would it be possible to just change the Trophy description to something else so that they can be earned again? This has already been implemented by EA in other games. Can you forward this to someone who can do this?It would be great if big publishers / developers would care about the customers and would show some goodwill here, the effort required for this is minimal but would certainly mean a lot to the fans!

I just checked and Rux is still present in my PS4 version.
Unfortunately the Mystery Portal still hasn't been fixed and Boss Hunt, Cats vs. Dinos and Community Challenges are still missing!

Welp, that's not the case with me. Remember- I have the version for pc & what I described earlier is literally the only weird thing I noticed. Also forgot to mention that I use the EA Beta app instead of Origin. I'm hoping EA/Origin will add the ability to repair the game from the app like you are able to if you're JUST using Origin. Still, hoping something can be done about this weird glitch in GW2...

I'm also having the same issue with PVZ GW2 PC via Origin, which I noticed on 5th April 2022. No pop up message like last time, but Rux's is closed and Rux no where to be seen. Everything else working as normal.
(Rux still there on my PS4 version.)

Thanks for the posts. Checking now I see this too, I'm just reinstalling to an Xbox to check there too, and we'll flag this.

On the surface it does appear similar to the issue in Edit:Jan, just without the same error message, and this time it only appears to affect the PC version.

As far as the pc version goes, that's pretty much what I stated since the beginning. 🤷‍♂️ Hoping this can fixed properly & soon! 🙂

Yes this same thing is happening to me and some of my other friends on pc. Hope EA can get this fixed soon!
