Shop bug

     Hi EA in PVZ hero’s I am experiencing a bug with my shop where the gems is in the pack shop and I can’t buy packs or close the shops. Recently I bought a 40$ pack and I can’t get it. Every time I open the shop it is loading and I can’t get my packs. Can you guys fix it. Thank you
