It's not a bonus attack. After he hits he moves to the next lane before that lane has its first attack.
I understand he moves to the next lane. But it does not say that he attacks after moving.
Doesn't say he will attack, but it's game mechanics taking over at that point.

@BPRDHB of course it is game mechanics taking over at that point. Originally I was asking if the game mechanics taking over was deliberate. In any case – from the space cowboy description – it does not indicate that will happen.
I am asking if the description should prepare opponents for what is ahead.

it is the game mechanic dude
it moves to the next lane after it attacks, but BEFORE attack phase on next lane. so based on this mechanic, it will attack (again) when that lane attack phase begin
