Speedy upgrade
Please make it cost only 2 to equip or buff the movement speed up from 12.9 to 15-20.
As is, the upgrade doesn't seem to be noticeable in game.

@mikepal19 I'll be honest with you, while there are some circumstances that this upgrade could prove useful, a majority of the time it's not going to help - it doesn't even apply while sprinting. I think it should cost 1 upgrade point and give a slightly larger speed boost.
- @mikepal19 Its a worthless upgrade that shouldn't even be in the game thanks to sprinting and even then speedy barely helps you outside of maybe one specific combat scenario which you will probably never encounter.
- @TheSprinter85 for the sake of being gradual, I would just want one or the other. Decrease cost or buff the speed.
@stukapooka I add it to my peashooter as what feels like a placebo effect. I agree with you. Btw it can increase the speed of the Fung fu or speed of Burrow. Or speed of Oak, Spacestation, Barrel Blast, maybe drone too.
