Hey, I unfortunately just stuck with the steam version and got my refund for the game off EA. I do would like to point out something that I don’t know if you could pass along to fellow employees. But the whole Customer Service Case thing is just a horrible experience that I will for sure not be going for support. Don’t get me wrong you guys are all doing your job to the best you can and I’m not here bashing on the company I just feel like it’s a huge issue when a customer service is like that. Again thank you so much for taking the time to reply to my issue to follow up on it and also for taking the time to read all of this.

@Kryllz I get it. It is something we talk about from messages like this all the time. I wish we here had more control over how much we could help, but that is beyond us. I will absolutely provide that feedback to the team for you, though. The more of that we get, the more changes get made!
