[Switch] PVZ Battle for Neighborville - Cant play online
I have just created an EA account and tried to log into PVZ on my Nintendo Switch but I am unable to play in online mode. Do I need a Nintendo subscription to do this?

Hi @gamer12011, depends on what is happening. You don't need a sub to play on Switch as there is no sub to buy. What specific error(s) are you getting when you play?Hi, thanks for your reply. So after we choose to play online (see 1st screenshot attached) I then enter my EA games profile and I get an error that says "We cannot complete this action at this time...." (see 2nd screenshot attached).
- EA_ShepardHi @gamer12011, Apologies for the very late reply. With that error, the system wants you to sign into the EA account that the platform you are on is linked to. If that platform was removed, or changed, then you would need to first figure out which EA account it is linked to before you can sign in.
ok thanks very much, I will check. Im pretty sure I am trying with my EA account but will check again.
