Most times i try to load into a map from town center it never loads and audio will cut out.
Can I check if you've tried a reinstall yet? If not, please do so, hopefully it'll help.
Past that we'd be looking at some sort of system issue, possibly related to overheating.

If you do, you can try uninstalling, then remove the external drive and reinstall to the internal one.
