    It appears that there was ONE bonus objective for one of the challenges that wasn't complete. After completing the bonus, it worked and I was rewarded. 

    This wasn't made very clear in game. I completed all the main objectives, which one would think is all that's needed to get credit... But you actually HAVE to finish both main and bonus for it to count. You'd think since "bonus" is just an optional task that it wouldn't affect the record.

    Maybe make this clearer in game?

I've won all the challenges yes. Bingo Bongo is trying to give me my last reward but its stuck like mentioned above. I will try to reinstall. Do I reinstall via Steam or Origin? I bought it on Steam technically.

If you bought it on Steam, try to reinstall via Steam.
