Town Hall Issue

Town Hall opens on  particular schedule; the doors will open on Thursday at 10am EST (your local time may vary) and the Portal will be active through Monday shutting down at the same time; the doors to Town Hall will remain open for another 24 hours or so to allow more casual players an opportunity to use their Rainbow Stars. Town Hall will not open during the weeks that there is a Community Challenge.

Outside of the set schedule there is no way to access whatever event is occurring through the Town Hall Mystery Portal. You can find the calendar for the current month at http://www.pvzgw2.com/events-calendar
