Unable to Connect to EA Servers for PvZ GW (I'm going crazy)

Bought Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare for XBOX 360 and cannot connect to EA servers, no matter what I've tried.  Apparently, lots of folks have this problem and the solutions that have been offered have not solved this issue for me.  Sure would be nice to be able to play a game I paid money for. 

We've tried the following:

-resetting router and modem

-deleting system cache on Xbox (many, many times)

-reset network connection on Xbox

-opened up port forwarding on the router

-disabled firewalls on the router

-enabled UPnP

-reset router to factory settings

-changed DNS to 8.8.8.8

-uninstalled (deleted) and reinstalled game

-downloaded the Lawn of the Legends update

-rebooted Xbox many times

-waited days and days, trying over and over, multiple times per day

Also, Xbox Gold account is current and network connection test passes.

PLEASE help, any ideas will be tried.

    Had same issue, unable to connect to EA servers. Turned out to be the date and time on my console was set in manual to the Wrong Date and Time. Changed the clock to automatic internet settings and voila it connected. This is because the the date and time doesn't fall into the time frame of the servers security certificate and will not let you connect (its a website security thing).

    So this has been a known problem for almost a year now and people still can't play a game they bought???

    sorry to hear this you tried to delete your internet settings of your 360

    in the sistem configuration try in internet setting  restore Factory deafault, that worked for me in 360

    Yes, we have tried this and it still will not connect to EA servers.  Anyone else with an idea?

    I set all the Security Sets down like webfilter and the age Verifikationen for my son Then we can login to the ea servers

    We don't have any age verification, etc. so that wouldn't make a difference.

    Thanks for providing all information on what you have tried.  

    Did it let you go through the Origin ID flow the first time you installed? Do you have the game entirely installed now with all updates and you rebooted after the last update (turned it off and on?)

    Which country are you playing from?

    Also are you on wireless? Try wired if you can and see if it works

    hello, I had the exact same problem and I read on another thread to go offline on origin then open the game then go back online on origin and it worked but you probably know this by now :]

    What I don't understand is why my Xbox is connecting but my fiances is not. We are on the same connection and our xboxes are literally 8 ft apart
