Unable to find garden ops match but i can play in single player mode

Until now I'd no problem with the game.  Today garden ops unable to to find a match. The message is: Mathcmaking failed There are no available mathes meeting your criteria. I'd tried various setting...

+1  Yesterday morning stopped being able to find games, can do local machine split screen and play PVP.  Doubt if this is a network/router issue as nothing changed, but PS4 did do an update about the same time, update changed a setting?
