Sadly no, however they do seem to do patch updates such as fixing multiplayer which was having issues earlier this year (ie if something that currently functions breaks they'll fix it).
However, it's a dice throw since there's a bug where the boosted hero won't switch properly, and they've not fixed it/replied to any threads I've posted asking for a response sadly. This bug has existed for a while, and it's not been fixed (makes the game extremely boring while grinding for event cards)
I also believe there's an ongoing bug where your pvp league ranks resets improperly. I was in Silver rank 18 and I got set back to silver 10 which shouldn't happen. Basically, mentioning both of these bugs as they've not been fixed while other things have to some degree so it's really a dice throw on bug fixes, and a hard no for new content/balance update as the game isn't supported directly anymore.
Edit: I forgot to mention this at the time of posting, but if you're having any of the issues above or issues in general, I highly recommend the following as well
1.) See if other players are having the same/similar issue
2.) If "Yes" to the above, report the issue
3.) Have them also report the issue/reply to your report so that the issue may possibly get solved
That's likely why issues are a dice throw on whether or not they get fixed, is because of what the player base voices. If nothing is said and the issue is ignored, it likely won't get fixed so it's a double-edged sword (ie problems with exploits)
