Warning: don't play PVZ GW1 now!

Happend to me aswell. Is there a way to undo this? or is there some support i can write to?

Same thing

Nope, we're screwd

Honestly, last time i had this problem on pvz gw2, the issue for me got fixed in like couple of days, not sure how long will it take for pvz gw1 to get a fix. I see pvz gw2 getting updates from time to time (around every 2 weeks). For now, lets just hope this problem will get an eye of the pvz community manager and he should then notify pvz team.

Same thing happened to me, the worst thing about this is that I don’t even have all the characters that require level 10 to unlock.

happpened to me too :'')

i recently got banned by hackers in the game, basically, when i try to log in the game, it freezes on the connecting to ea serves. i have searched this up, and probably was done by a cheater in the game. i cant play gw1 anymore unless i go to another account, but i would have to get all my stuff again.
sad, i didnt even unlocked some level 10 plants yet, only way now is play Garden warfare 2.

Same :(

im now at level 313... i hope its gonna get fixxed soon but its better then level 6969.

It's been 2 weeks now, the issue still not fixed.

Edit: a month has passed, still not fixed.
