I keep getting brought back to this title screen and cannot login. EA support seems like a phishing scam asking for all my personal information like IP address and cc info, home address, cell etc. I’m so confused as to why they would need this! I LOVE this game and am so upset that neither of us can login today 3/12/26. I was on support for 4 hrs and they kept “transferring” me.
to add: the game crashes EVERY TIME I PLAY and if you’re doing good and you don’t see your stats that is a huge letdown! It’s been mine and my son’s favorite game since it came out in 2019 and now nobody knows what’s happening.
Agreed. Same issues here.
It's happening to me and everyone on my Friends list too.
It is not the app, BTW. I cleared the cache, logged out then logged in, and even re-installed the app. EA, please help us!
