I'm a regular camo cactus user and I've never done more than 88 damage for a headshot and 44 for a body shot, if there is a way to do more damage I'd love to hear it.
I wonder if the target character type has any effect on damage. I think I recall doing 92 or 94 damage against an All Star. Still not 100 or a one shot kill... but more than 88.
I agree with Crimson; I have never done more than 88 damage using the camo shot and I should know because I use him most of the time I play as plants. Unless there is some way to do some kind of elemental effect that makes you do more damage, I don't see any way to get a critical that's higher than 88.
