@FelixLovesPete Gotcha. Which Xbox is it that you play on?
@EA_Shepard hey! I just tried to delete the save data to see if that was the issue but nope. It eventually still froze. So I think it’s definitely a problem with the game. I tried troubleshooting. Still didn’t help solve the issue. Just wanted to let you know

@FelixLovesPete I appreciate it. Do you happen to have access to a different console, or another Xbox account (maybe a guest account) you can log in and test it with? There are issues with PC version, but have to keep those separate since the errors are different.
Cheers!

@EA_Shepard @Hi again! I tried with another account since I don’t have another Xbox. The same thing happened it was a brand new account new start to the game and it froze

@FelixLovesPete Gotcha. Im going to download it again and test and see what I can do. Theres a bunch of steps that don't take that long you can do but once those are done. the next step would be like testing it out on a PC with the Xbox app if you have the ability to do that. I don't see much with Xbox crashing as I do with the PC crashing right now.

@EA_Shepard alright! If you don’t see anything wrong then I wouldn’t mind being told what those quick steps you mentioned are. I unfortunately don’t have a PC to test this out on.

@FelixLovesPete Yeah, these are the things you can do to see if they help out with that console.
Xbox Series X
- Quit all running Apps (For Series X|S consoles)
- Remove any connected device, or additional USBs from the console then restart the Xbox
- Check for updates
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open you're Xbox NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public Google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4)
Persistent Storage
- Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray
- Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage
Alternate Mac:
- Go to settings > Select General > Then Network settings
- Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear
- Select restart
Factory reset - there are a couple of options here. Reset to factory or reset and keep all games
Delete the Gamertag and the game from the console. Log back into the Gamertag and redownload the game. This syncs up everything correctly.

@EA_Shepard hi! Sorry for responding so late. I tried everything you sent however nothing worked. It still freezes at random points and I still can’t do anything about it.

@FelixLovesPete Can you go into manage games and apps and delete the profile data from there reboot, and launch it again? Let me know where and when specifically it crashes so I can see if I can reproduce it myself?
@EA_Shepard ive already deleted the profile data several times and that hasn’t fixed much. I will say the crashing happens a lot more in garden ops. I can’t put a video to show when it crashes but for example I was just playing and doing the super brains quests. And the very first one where it’s the grave ops mode, as soon as I got to the boss wave it crashed. I was playing * lil drake and I was using the mech. The crashing will honestly happen anywhere at any time.

@FelixLovesPete The Mech is super fun too. Can you set up a guest account on the console for me and see if it crashes? If it does it's a console issue. If not and you can play, its data linking to your specific Xbox profile. Getting rid of that is a bit harder.

@EA_Shepard i can’t log in with a guest account: the game won’t let me. I have tried making a separate account and seeing if that works but as I stated before it also just crashed
