My account still has not been unbanned

At present, this is my fourth appeal. In the previous three appeals, EA customer service always instructed me to resolve the issue at a certain entry and then stopped responding. I'm unsure if I have done something wrong or if there is an issue with EA customer service. My account still has not been unbanned. As a player with approximately 1500 hours of playtime, the idea of cheating in this game is absurd to me. I believe my gameplay style angered a hacker in the game, who tampered with my data. This caused the anti-cheat system to mistakenly ban me, thinking I had modified game data for profit. In reality, I do not care about any values within the game, let alone use third-party software to alter them. Right now, I simply hope that EA customer service can genuinely address my account issue and allow me to return to playing the game normally, rather than once again instructing me to resolve the issue at a certain entry. I cannot resolve this ban caused by data tampering from hackers; only EA customer service can resolve it.
