Proposal: Free-to-Play Access for Garden Warfare (No Development Required)
- Hello, I am writing as a long-time player and fan of Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare. Even after more than 11 years, the game is still remembered fondly and has a nostalgic, active community. I would like to propose a simple and realistic idea that requires. no new development, no patches, and no dedicated team, but could have a strong impact:
Make Garden Warfare Free-to-Play (0€)
Remove the PlayStation Plus requirement for online play. Together, these changes could: Attract many new players. Bring back former players. Naturally repopulate servers. Increase visibility for the Plants vs. Zombies franchise. Create positive nostalgia-driven engagement. Indirectly promote EA’s wider game catalog. Given the age of the game, these changes would not require additional technical work, yet could deliver a significant community and marketing benefit..
