I am using Plants vs. Zombies 2 version 13.2.1 on Android.

Player ID: 1AF77B81-3031-4981-A40A-5F3141852D2D

The game was installed from Google Play, my device is Play Protect certified, and I am signed in with my Google account.

All plants in the store display "BUY", and every attempt to purchase a plant (including gem plants) results in the error:

"Error: User Not Authorized. You are not authorized to purchase on this device."

I have already:

Cleared cache and data

Reinstalled the game

Verified Google Play certification

Logged into Google Play Games

Please check if there is any authorization or store issue associated with my Player ID.
