Did you ever get your problem solved? It sounds like you are in the same prologue loop that I am. According to EA, it is a programming error. I have been waiting for 2 weeks for someone to look at it, and nothing is happening so far. Usually I would suggest contacting EA, but they seem to be worthless in solving problems like this. Good luck.
