GUEST PASSES
AM TRYING TO SEND FREE GUEST PASSES TO FRIENDS.....HAVE BEEN ON CLUB POGO SINCE NOV 2024. BUT I GET THE MESSAGE THAT I HAVE TO BE A CLUB POGO MEMBER TO SEND. ANY IDEAS OR FIXES???

Sending a guest pass is a generous offer. It’s always great to see people sharing the experience and making the most of our Club Pogo membership benefits!
We have three ways to send our guest passes:
📜 Guest Pass Rules & Restrictions
One Pass per Account: If your friend has previously utilized one or held a Club Pogo membership, they are not eligible.
Correct Info Required: If the email address or Pogo screen name you provided is incorrect or does not correspond to an active account, the pass will not go through. *Additionally, ensure they check their spam folder when sending via email.
Pass Expiration: Once sent, the Guest Pass should be utilized without delay. If it’s already been redeemed or expired, it will not be valid.
Account History Matters: If your friend has previously utilized a Guest Pass or held a Club Pogo membership—even if it was years ago—their account is no longer eligible for an additional pass.
Special Note: On occasion when you see an error on a webpage, it is always a good idea to log out of the site, clear your cookies and cache and try again. This simple reset can solve a surprising number of problems — from login loops to broken buttons and layout glitches.
