More Time Please....

Merge Academy:&nbsp; &nbsp;I would like to share some feedback regarding the Special Challenges, including the most recent “Sugar Rush” event. Unfortunately, I have never been able to complete all of the required challenges. Between the lengthy recharge times and the limited number of items available once recharged, it feels nearly impossible to finish unless a player is online around the clock or purchases additional power‑ups.Additionally, the challenge begins very early in the morning for those of us on the East Coast, which results in lost play time while we are still asleep. Extending the event duration by even one additional day would be tremendously helpful and would reduce frustration for me as well as for many other players.&nbsp;&nbsp;Thank you for considering this suggestion.

Not only do they need to add more time, they need to stop releasing updates to games that aren't thoroughly tested.

On 3/30/26 Merge Academy now offers cards that are earned in addition to a seven day treasure trove. Upon exiting the game and exiting Pogo, and then going back into the game all progress is lost in Treasure Trove, and no cards have been drawn. I am exiting the game like I always do, so the problem isn't on my end.

I am not going to waste my free time on games that don't work.

You are not alone!&nbsp; &nbsp;I finished order 15 of the Sugar Rush, after collecting from the sugar bag every hour for 2 or 3 days and I saved my game.&nbsp; When I went back in, I started on order 16 and needed a cake.&nbsp; After the next time I went back in, Pogo had switched me back to working on order 15, but TOOK ALL OF THE ITEMS I HAD COLLECTED TO FINISH LEVEL 15 ORDER.This after spending 150 gems to try and finish the event.&nbsp; NEVER AGAIN.&nbsp;

I agree!!&nbsp; It's very frustrating.&nbsp; And today, nothing is saving.&nbsp; Minecart is not saving either.&nbsp; Plus, I've redemmed over 80 energies in the constellation and they are not getting credited to my account.&nbsp; &nbsp;Merge Academy needs some serious debugging right now!
