Pogo cancellation

Hello! It appears there is some confusion, so let's please take a moment to outline a few steps to help clarify things.

If you can't find a link to cancel your subscription, it might mean that there isn't a subscription to cancel. Remember, a Club Pogo account is a paid subscription, while a free account does not.

Please sign in and verify your Account Type:

• Click on your mini picture located in the top right corner
• Navigate to My Account
• Scroll down to the Billing and Subscription section
• Check the information listed under Account Type

If it indicates "Free Player"

You currently do not have an active paid subscription. This is the reason there is no cancellation link; you simply do not have a subscription to cancel! You can maintain your free account and continue playing whenever you wish.

If it states "Club Pogo"

You have an active paid subscription. To cancel your subscription, click on the "Cancel your Subscription" link. Follow the next steps, and you will be good to go!

If you would like to delete your EA/Pogo account completely, that's a bit different.

Deletion must be done by an EA Help advisor. There is no self‑service delete button for security and identity‑protection reasons.

⚠️Deleting your Pogo account impacts Pogo access, Loss of all games, Purchases, Subscriptions, Ranks, Badges and Entitlements.

Please contact EA Help directly and they will walk you through the process of Cancelation of a Club Pogo Membership or Deletion of your Pogo account privately and securely.
