POGO MEMBERSHIP USING MY MONEY IN MY WALLET

Why can I not use the money in my wallet to purchase a pogo membership. You do not sell pogo game cards anymore and do not accept the visa check card I use to pay my bills. I can't use my debit card ...

    Hi @littlebuttons138 To confirm whether you have a balance on your EA Wallet or did you purchase an EA Gift Card?

    If you have an EA Gift card you will want to select your Avatar in the top right of pogo > then the Pogo Code Redemption option to redeem directly within Pogo.

I’m having the same issue!!! Just bought a digital EA gift card to use for my pogo membershipIt doesn’t allow the gift card to use to redeem. . It’s RIDICULOUS! What happens to my money???

It,s been since Christmas, I get the same generic message .they are holding 60.00 hostage.Mean,'t for pogo  they say nothing they can do about it.They could give me a membership. They are a nasty tricky sneaky bunch of money thieves.it,s my 60.00 either give me the membership or refund my money and take your cash cards that are stealing people's money off the market. That should be the way to go.They are selling useless cashcards.thats a crime.
