Pogo Rewards

Not sure if anyone else has reported this, but i frequently do not receive the reward for completing the various tiers on the monthly challenge. Today I selected to have 20 extra crates added in Farm Merge Valley, but these have not been added. On other occasions, I have selected extra coins or energy in Merge Academy. These also have not been added on multiple occasions.

To be absolutely clear, this is not rewards from the Daily Log in screen, but the rewards for collecting Pogis when completing challenges.
