Sweet Tooth Town constantly freezes

Sweet Tooth Town is a truly a game of frustration.  This has happened for quite some time now. You just get to almost winning the game and it freezes.  The cursor turns into a circle with a line through it and you cannot, repeat cannot do anything but shut the game down.  This is a new laptop, and still the same thing happens all the time.  It's frustrating and doesn't allow to win a challenge very often.  Shameful to be sure.
