big problems on pogo

hi i have reported the fact i havent been able to load matching moments for almost a week now still no reply, i also reported with screenshot that i had won 90 crates on farm merge but still havent recieved them either. it seems that no one replys with anything like a fix or you dont care about your players which i have picked up on in various other posts this week.

guys we love pogo we pay for it because we love it but all the issues building up daily makes us all feel like we are not important to pogo.

please work on these issues i also noticed when your releasing a new game everytime it happens pogo mucks up for a week or two pls think of these things also.

i hope to hear a reply that can fix these issues asap
