Canasta failure to authenticate

I still cannot get into canasta. All I receive is the failure to authenticate and this has been going on for almost a week now. When will this issue be solved?

Hello! I tried accessing the game before replying to you and was able to connect to the game.

At this time, could you try the following steps to see if this will address the issue:

Clear all Cookies and Cache from your device.
Check your Browser and Device for all updates.
Restart your computer.
Restart your router. Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router.
Ensure your device meets the minimum requirements for Pogo.
